We believe technology Sciton, BTL, Hydrafacial TM and Oxygeneo is extraordinary — but it is never the whole treatment. The difference is in how knowledge, experience, judgment and connection come together in the hands of the person using it.
That is why we continue to invest in advanced education, carefully selected technologies and a highly personalized approach rather than one-size-fits-all protocols.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Laura Mora Castro
Founder & CEO · Advanced Laser Practitioner & Educator
Born in San José, Costa Rica, into a family of entrepreneurs, Laura earned a law degree before she began her career in aesthetics. She came to Canada as an immigrant and settled in Saskatchewan, where she raised her three daughters and built her first businesses: Pura Vida Café, Energía Pilates, and later a studio that brought Pilates and aesthetics together.
Her path into skin began with her own. After Luna was born, Laura went through cystic acne and postpartum depression. The aesthetic medical professional who treated her became her mentor. She trained in Mississauga, Ontario, and found the work that brought everything together: her mind, her entrepreneurship, and a deep love for people.
As a single mother of three, Laura built everything she has on her own: every business, every certification, every piece of technology in her clinic. With more than 24 years of experience, she is a force in the industry. She is an advanced practitioner fluent in energy-based technologies and laser wavelengths, and she was one of the first in Western Canada to bring Sciton and BTL platforms into a boutique setting. She serves as a clinical reference and demo practitioner for Sciton, created RGL's signature Tight+ SmoothGlow™ protocol, and through LMC Consulting trains other practitioners in advanced technique and ethical client care.
Why does she still love it? Because of the moment. The moment a client looks in the mirror and sees who they feel they are inside. That moment is what brings her alive.
Laura works from a place of love, appreciation and respect for every person who walks into her space. She is not here to make you feel you must be more, or different, or someone else. She is here to match you with you. And that is magical.

Luna Mora
Lead Clinical Practitioner
Luna didn't find this profession. She grew up inside it.
As the daughter of RGL's founder, Luna spent her formative years in the clinic, watching her mother build a practice from the ground up through long days, constant learning, and a firm belief that no client should ever be sold a treatment they don't need. She absorbed that drive, that ethical standard, and that way of caring for people long before she earned her credentials.
In July 2025 she completed her clinical program, giving formal training to years of real-world experience. Today she is the right hand of Renew Glow Laser. She leads client consultations, performs laser hair removal on Sciton's triple-wavelength BARE HR system, and uses Aura 3D skin analysis to show every client, clearly and honestly, what is happening beneath the surface.
Clients know her for her calm precision and genuine warmth. They come back because she remembers them: their history, their goals, and what they hoped to feel when they first walked into our space.
Luna carries her mother's Costa Rican roots, her standards and her love for this work, and brings her own generation's perspective to it. She does what she does because nothing moves her more than the moment a client looks in the mirror and recognizes themselves again.
